Located north west of Redding, California, near Whiskeytown reservoir. This site is the terminal for the North Leg of the SS12000 microwave radio. The terminal feeds a 50 watt Comwave ITFS transmitter (channel A1), which serves the Redding area. The ITFS signal is also received by a translator at Soda Ridge near Dunsmuir.

Winter weather is extremely severe. A 1995 storm developed wind speeds exceeding 130 mph. The site is manned continuously by a technician employed by KRCR, Redding. Winter access is by snowcat or helicopter only.
