EARLY 1990'S - Located approximately 30 miles south of Susanville, California, along US 395. This site is an ITFS translator for the signal off of Mount Hough. Channel A1 is received at the site and retransmitted on channel E1 for reception at Susanville (Lassen College) and Herlong (Sierra Army Depot).
Winter weather can be severe, with extremely high winds and blowing snow. Winter access is by snowcat only after first snow.
